Responsibilities

Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions; Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand; Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar industry; Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career; Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders; Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
