What We're Looking For

Responsibilities

Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors; Conduct property inspections and site visits; Undertake market research and analysis; Assist with valuation reports, lease advisory work and consultancy projects; Prepare presentation materials and client reports; Build financial and property performance models; Engage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiers; Contribute to business development activities and market intelligence; Maintain accurate records and professional documentation; Work towards achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor

Requirements

Structured graduate development programme; APC and RICS chartership support; Dedicated mentor and APC supervisor; Technical and professional skills training; Networking opportunities across the business; Exposure to senior leaders and clients; Continuous feedback and career coaching; Due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated; Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Commercial awareness and interest in the property market; Self-motivated with a willingness to learn; Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one

Nice to have

Previous work experience, placement year or internship; Involvement in university societies, sports teams or leadership activities; Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
