Group Head Social

Supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, always-on, performance-driven. This role requires strong execution discipline, comfort with high-budget environments, and the ability to operate accurately at speed across multiple campaigns, products, and objectives.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram); Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search required; Display & YouTube exposure); Execute and optimize campaigns across TikTok Ads; Support high-volume campaign builds across multiple product lines and objectives; Manage daily operations including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and QA checks; Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies early; Support keyword management for Search campaigns; Assist in executing platform best practices for large brands; Work closely with strategy, performance, and analytics teams; Exposure to always-on campaigns with frequent changes and optimizations; Ability to follow strict governance, tracking, and QA standards; Support campaigns tied to e-commerce, app, and retail moments

Requirements

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search fundamentals required); Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager; Basic understanding of full-funnel performance metrics; Basic understanding of social and search optimization principles; Strong attention to detail in high-budget, high-risk environments; Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets; Able to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines; 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations; Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on Meta; Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on Google Ads (Search); Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on TikTok; Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
