We’re looking for our next Intern – Groups, Sales & Events!

At The Hoxton, Brussels, we do things a little differently. Our doors are always open, and we love creating spaces where guests feel at home – whether they’re here for a meeting, an event, or just a good time.

We’re now on the lookout for a passionate Groups, Sales & Events Intern to join our lively team. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of hotel sales, group bookings, and events in one of Brussels’ most exciting hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

Support the Groups, Sales & Events team with day-to-day operations.; Assist in managing group bookings, event inquiries, and proposals.; Help coordinate details to make sure every event runs smoothly.; Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.; Learn how we turn creative ideas into successful events.

Requirements

You’re studying hospitality, events, or a related field (ideally in your last year of studies); You’re available for at least 6 months from February 2027.; You’re comfortable communicating in both French and English – any other language is a plus!; You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn.; You enjoy working with people and have a flair for organization.; You bring good vibes, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
