Growth Lead, Brazil

Brazil is one of Lovable's largest and fastest-growing markets, and it got there almost entirely on its own energy. The community runs its own Lovable Days. A Lovable Summit exists because Brazilian builders willed it into existence. The title says Growth Lead, but make no mistake: this is our general manager for Brazil. You'll own the market like a founder and carry the commercial judgment of someone who has opened Brazil for technology companies before. You'll sit inside Product & Engineering because Brazil grows through Product-led Growth, and the product is one of your commercial levers.

Responsibilities

Own the Brazil P&L end to end: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization; Define the commercial strategy for Brazil: decide where Lovable plays first (SMB, enterprise, education, public sector, partnerships), sequence bets, and open key doors through your own network; Drive the Brazilian ecosystem engagement, including executive networks, major events, community-run Lovable events, and WhatsApp groups; Talk to users and buyers and drive product and engineering changes such as Pix and parcelamento, BRL pricing and packaging, PT-BR onboarding, templates, and integrations Brazilian companies expect

Requirements

Commercially mature, with a decade or more of building technology businesses in Brazil, ideally including executive roles (CIO, CTO, country or commercial leadership) and board exposure; Strategic operator who thinks in bets and sequencing and can articulate what Lovable should optimize for in Brazil and what it should deliberately ignore; Technically savvy, credible with engineers, understands PLG mechanics, and uses Lovable themselves; Native or near-native in Portuguese and fluent in English; A builder at heart who prefers doing over coordinating; Has opened or scaled the Brazilian market for technology companies before
