Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

The Growth & Performance Manager will take full ownership of the performance marketing function, driving measurable impact across acquisition, conversion and retention while shaping a modern, data-led growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-channel paid media strategy across major digital platforms; Drive revenue, LTV:CAC and conversion through data-led optimisation; Build AI-ready marketing infrastructure to enable automation at scale; Own creative testing across UGC, video and high-velocity experiments; Optimise full funnel performance through CRO and structured testing

Requirements

Proven experience scaling paid media across Google, Meta and YouTube; Strong track record improving unit economics and commercial outcomes; Hands-on expertise with AI, automation and conversion architecture; Advanced analytics skills across GA4, ad platforms and testing tools; Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
