Guest Service Associate Housekeeping

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.; Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and replenished with required amenities.; Make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.; Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per established standards.; Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or any unusual observations to the concerned supervisor.; Handle guest requests promptly and courteously and coordinate with other departments when required.; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.; Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.; Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other materials.; Follow all hotel policies related to safety, hygiene, security, and grooming.; Maintain professional conduct and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.; Assist in maintaining housekeeping stores, linen rooms, and equipment as required.; Support the Housekeeping team during high occupancy, special events, and peak operational periods.; Complete assigned duties within the stipulated time while maintaining quality standards.; Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th standard, Hotel Management/Hotel Operations qualification preferred.; Experience: Freshers can be considered, prior experience in hotel housekeeping will be an advantage.
