Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients; Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team; Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities, including collaborating with ownership on goals, supporting daily operations, and advancing the local reputation of your salon; Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications; Develop skills in training, educating, and mentoring stylists over time; Ensure salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations

Requirements

Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license); Deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry; Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset; Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others; Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor; Interest in learning key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach; Pride in exceeding cleanliness standards
