Responsibilities

Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying appropriate service techniques; Recommend and participate in approved local marketing initiatives; Educate clients about proper home hair care and recommend services and products; Employ best practices for customer service; Provide quality consultations and state final price before service begins; Complete required administrative tasks; Communicate effectively with clients, team members, leaders, and corporate support; Meet or exceed productivity standards; Perform all services offered at the salon; Maintain schedule flexibility including night and weekend shifts; Attend required technical training sessions; Follow Regis policies and salon operational procedures

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barber's license (or 90 days or less from graduating); Work as a team-player and/or independently; Market yourself in the community and salon to increase clientele; Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Consistent and excellent customer service skills; Multi-task efficiently to complete salon duties; Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with hair trends; Physical ability to bend, sit, twist, turn, lift (generally 10-15 pounds), and/or stand for extended periods; Complete assigned training as determined by Regis; Supercuts Stylists/Stylists-in-Training must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy program and receive a certificate of completion
