Handyman Project Lead

Mr. Handyman is seeking that one additional team member that is a blend of maturity, skills diversity, team leadership, estimation and overall profit management for jobs. Our projects come in various sizes, some are small filler type, but most are medium to large which is the team member we are seeking.

Responsibilities

Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers; Owning the overall project including team leadership; Delivering a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers

Requirements

Live within Broward County; 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman or Carpenter; Own your own tools; Be insurable for driving company vehicle (no license suspensions past 3 years); Complete background and driving record check; Able to lift 50 pounds independently; Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods; Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle; Professional attitude and leadership; Honesty and ethics; Meet expectations for teamwork, quality, and brand pride; Ability to self-manage; Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments; Have necessary tools including ability to use technology; Document jobs while following the Mr. Handyman Way; Wear proper PPE and booties to protect customer's home
