We are looking to speak with life sciences and healthcare regulatory Associates to join our client’s global group in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team with decades of experience handling challenging life sciences and healthcare regulatory matters, from high-profile global regulatory investigations to unprecedented strategies for obtaining approval. This team regularly provides advice, in-depth analyses and internal training on calculating the various pricing metrics that are reported to federal agencies or that set price ceilings, and on related reporting and administrative requirements. You will represent companies in connection with litigation, internal investigations and government audits concerning pharmaceutical pricing issues and assist manufacturers in conducting reviews to evaluate the adequacy of existing compliance policies. Major manufacturers and a leading industry trade association rely on our client for advice on the intersection of state and federal fraud and abuse laws with developing government pricing and reimbursement issues. Responsibilities

Requirements

Life sciences and healthcare regulatory; Experience in pharmaceutical product pricing and contracting matters; Junior Level (1-3 years); PQE: 1-3 years
