We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Class 2 HGV Drivers/Jetting Operatives based out of our Plympton Depot to join our dynamic team working across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. You’ll be working on a variety of small and large-diameter sewer cleaning projects, including culverts and outfalls.

Responsibilities

Operating and driving Class 2 HGV vehicles safely and responsibly.; Adhering to all relevant road traffic regulations and safety protocols.; Conducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.; Utilising high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and clear sewer lines and drainage systems.; Operating specialist jetting machinery and tools with precision and care.; Assessing and diagnosing blockages, obstructions, and drainage issues.; Implementing appropriate jetting techniques to effectively resolve problems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an up-to-date CPC driver card, and while experience in high-pressure water jetting or tankering would be advantageous, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.; Holding qualifications such as PTS (City & Guilds) Confined Space Entry, NRSWA (Street works), and a valid CSCS card would also be highly beneficial.
