Responsibilities

Overall coordination of business development and education of patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists and the local community; Ensuring continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in patient care activities; Managing all aspects of organization marketing including managing the members of the marketing team; Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns

Requirements

2 years of experience in sales or public relations, Home Health sales experience with current book of business required; Familiarity with health care reimbursement; Effective interpersonal skills in relating to physicians, other health specialists in the community, management, and co-workers both over the phone and in person
