Hospitality Attendant | Rail

Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include: A la carte restaurant service; Bar and lounge service including table service; Housekeeping on-train carriages; Luggage handling; Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions. You will be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time.

Requirements

Passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service; Fine dining or a la carte experience; Recognized for strengths in guest service with a guest centric lens; Dynamic energy and ability to have fun while working; RSA certification and Senior First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
