House Attendant

Assist and serve our guests to make their stay as comfortable and clean as we can by delivering great service and maintaining the cleanliness of guestrooms.

Responsibilities

Assist and serve guests to make their stay comfortable and clean; Deliver items to guestrooms; Stock linen closets; Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift; Follow all safety/chemical standards; Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift; Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed; Assist with cleaning guest rooms if unexpected need occurs after Room Attendants are gone for the day or room unassigned; Strip vacant/dirty rooms; Perform cleaning tasks on assigned floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and collecting garbage; Assist guests and other staff members as needed; Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes

Requirements

Valid driver's license; Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice to have

Preferred six months of job-related experience
