Housekeeper / Cleaner

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeepers/Cleaners to support the daily operations of our aparthotel properties in Harrow.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a high standard; Change bed linen and replenish towels and guest amenities; Prepare rooms efficiently for guest arrivals and departures; Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures; Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items; Update cleaning tasks using our housekeeping mobile app; Work across Harrow properties as required during shifts; Maintain consistent quality standards that contribute to an excellent guest experience

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartment, or short-term rental cleaning; References from previous housekeeping or cleaning roles; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently; Comfortable using a smartphone app for daily tasks; Basic English communication skills; A positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent hospitality standards; Right to work in the UK; Valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number; Comfortable regularly using stairs while carrying linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment; Ability to handle a physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
