Schedule & Pay

- Full time 80 hours biweekly
- 7:00am-3:30pm
- Occasional weekends & holidays required.
- $15.00/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

Enjoy the benefits of working alongside a compassionate staff,; Be part of a strong and supportive leadership team,; Explore opportunities for career growth, including our exclusive scholarship program.; Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, tiles, and mirrors.; Dust and polish furnishings, fixtures, and ledges throughout the facility.; Clean windows and mirrors to ensure streak-free, clear surfaces.; Maintain floor cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and buffing as appropriate for different floor types.; Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize carpets according to established schedules and as needed.; Clean walls and ceilings, including removal of cobwebs and other debris.; Apply appropriate cleaning solutions to remove dirt, dust, and grease from various surfaces.; Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste properly, and replace bin liners.; Report any accidents, incidents, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.; Organize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.; Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional cleaning experience required; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and adhere to safety protocols; Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards; Experience working in facilities for older adults or retirement communities is highly preferred; Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals
