Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the convention center, ensuring high hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily operations.; Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.; Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.; Manage housekeeping inventory and procurement of supplies.; Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.; Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance efficiency.; Monitor budgets and cost control for housekeeping operations.; Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.; 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management.; Strong leadership and team management skills.; Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health regulations.; Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.; Experience in budgeting and inventory management.; Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.; Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
