Role Overview

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and organization to maintain the high standards of Palazzo Ezulwini ICC.

Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and order in all areas of the venue.; Perform regular inspections of public areas, restrooms, and event spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.; Train and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high service standards.; Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure inventory is maintained at required levels.; Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.; Monitor and report maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a supervisory role in hospitality.; Strong leadership and organizational skills.; High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
