HR Advisor (Employee Relations)

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join our People Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity for an experienced ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex employee relations matters across a diverse workforce. Working within a collaborative and highly experienced team, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to managers and stakeholders across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

Managing a broad range of Employee Relations cases from start to finish; Advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management and flexible working matters; Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redundancy programmes; Providing expert guidance on TUPE transfers and consultation processes; End to end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements; Building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders to drive positive employee relations outcomes; Delivering practical, legally compliant advice in line with employment legislation and company policies; Supporting manager capability through coaching and training

Requirements

Established Employee Relations professional experienced operating at this level; Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations casework independently; Strong redundancy experience, including consultation processes and organisational change activities; Practical experience supporting TUPE transfers from planning through to implementation; Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality advisory service; CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience
