Responsibilities

Advise and act as a sparring partner for managers on operational and strategic HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle; Independently manage and execute the entire recruitment process; Develop and implement targeted HR measures based on the strategic and operational objectives of the respective business areas; Plan, implement, and support employee development and talent management initiatives; Professionally support change processes as well as team and organizational development; Actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cross-functional HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

University degree in business, law, engineering, or a related technical field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources; Sound technical understanding or a strong affinity for technology, combined with a willingness to further develop this knowledge through relevant training and professional development; Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (f/m/x), ideally within a technology-driven or industrial environment; Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; Strong communication and consulting skills, with a genuine interest in acting as a sparring partner for managers; Strategic and solution-oriented mindset combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach; Empathetic and collaborative personality with a confident professional presence and a strong understanding of people and organizations
