HR Business Partner

We're hiring an HR Business Partner to work with our Modelling organization, supporting Research and Engineering through an extraordinary phase of growth. HRBPs are central to our People model - trusted by leaders, brought into important organizational challenges, and expected to have a point of view.

Responsibilities

Organizational design; Leadership coaching and strengthening leadership capability; Drive performance, talent, and succession; Support engagement, retention, and team effectiveness; Shape people strategy and build new ways of working as we scale

Requirements

5+ years as an HRBP or People Partner; Experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams; Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment; Experience supporting distributed teams and leaders; Exceptional written communication; Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented; Thrives in ambiguity; Builds trust; Takes ownership; Holds high standards; Balances strategy and execution
