HR Generalist/Recruiter - Summerlin Hospital (Full Time)

Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program; Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience; Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws; Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
