This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories , serving as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategy and plan aligned with the company’s business direction.; Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.; Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.; Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.; Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.; Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience , including proven experience in a senior HR role within the GCC region .; Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local regulation.; Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.; High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization, and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred.; Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
