We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Delta Hoofddorp, NL office. Some of the main responsibilities are listed as below:

Responsibilities

Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.; Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparation.; Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.; Collect and organize data to support payroll processing.; Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.; Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests.

Requirements

This is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available) and maternity leave cover.; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.; Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skills.; Solid understanding and experience of HR best practices.; Fluency in English is required
