Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual)

We’re seeking a passionate, business-savvy, and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities

Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments; Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention; Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture; Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth; Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success; Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives; Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance; Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development; Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 7+ years of progressive HR experience; Deep understanding of California employment law; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred; Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset; Distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred
