Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

Lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience and ensure accurate I-9 processing; Run and analyze attendance reports to support workforce planning; Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns; Support employee engagement efforts and help strengthen company culture; Assist with training, development, and talent-pipeline initiatives; Partner with HR leadership on projects that improve processes and employee experience

Requirements

3 years in HR with a minimum of 1 year in Manufacturing and/or Operations; Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism; Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating complex situations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build trust, remain objective, and support employees at all levels; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools; A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture; Daily activity includes lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting; Reading, communication, math; Working at a computer for extended periods of time; Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs; Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above

Nice to have

Experience with onboarding, employee support, or administrative processes (preferred but not required); Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Equivalent experience in HR, leadership, or people-focused roles will be strongly considered
