Process Planning & Industrialization; Change Management; Tooling & MAE Planning; Process Documentation; Control Plan, Process Flow Chart & PFMEA Preparation; Pilot & Trial Build Coordination; SAP Transaction Management; Customer Support & Audit Readiness; Cross-functional Coordination; Continuous Improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical; Strong knowledge of manufacturing process planning; PFMEA, Control Plan, and quality systems; NPI / industrialization processes; Experience with SAP (routing, BOM, order handling); Understanding of tooling, line setup, and production processes; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Process design and optimization; Analytical thinking; Cross-functional collaboration; Attention to detail and structured execution; Ownership and accountability
