Indirect Spend Purchaser / Procurement (all genders)

We are establishing our Indirect Procurement function from the ground up and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Procurement professional to take full ownership of this build. As this is a newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in defining our procurement strategy, shaping processes, and partnering closely with the Head of Procurement.

Responsibilities

Strategic Function Setup & Category Ownership: Develop and implement Indirect Procurement processes and policies, define category strategies and long-term roadmaps, and work closely with the Head of Procurement; Operational Procurement Execution: manage the full PO lifecycle, consolidate and rationalise the supplier base, and resolve daily vendor issues; Real Estate & Facilities: manage and negotiate lease agreements, rental contracts, and facility management services; Professional Services: lead negotiations and contracting for consultancy, agencies, and external workforce providers; General Indirects: optimize spend and vendor relationships across office supplies and general overhead categories

Requirements

You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of Procurement experience, ideally across Real Estate/Facilities and Professional Services; Demonstrated experience in setting up procurement processes or working in fast-paced start-up / scale-up environments; Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value service contracts; Comfortable balancing strategic category management with operational execution (e.g., PO management); Fluent in English (C1 level)

German or Polish is a strong advantage depending on location
