As an Industrial Engineer , you will play a key role in optimizing production processes and supporting the industrialization of new products. Your work will contribute to efficient, innovative, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Your contribution to something big

- Monitor and support the development and implementation of new production processes
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing and Control Instructions (Work Instructions)
- Create and maintain Standardized Work Instructions for production lines
- Analyze and optimize workstations and production line balancing
- Conduct production time studies and MTM analysis
- Perform capacity analysis and production performance evaluations
- Support the industrialization of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and implement process and product improvements
- Prepare technical calculations and cost estimations for new products
- Maintain and update process data in SAP systems

What distinguishes you

Know-how

- Knowledge of MTM, REFA, and production time analysis
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Standardized Work, and Kaizen
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Experience working with SAP systems (e.g., SAP-CAPP)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for engineering or process optimization is a plus

Requirements

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field; Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment , preferably within the automotive industry
