Responsibilities

Likely based in Melbourne, this role will have a broad geographic remit working with all markets in ANZ across our Energy business covering Transmission & Distribution, and Generation & Storage, working on large utility scale, complex energy infrastructure projects.; How you will make a difference; Lead the strategic growth of AECOM’s technical, practice, client, delivery, commercial and people related requirements, for the Systems Planning & Grid integration practice area.; Provide oversight for AECOM’s Energy business leaders, from a market and industry perspective considering the changing market requirements and regulations, technology and commercial considerations.; Lead the client management approach, with both current and new strategic clients, ensuring the building of client relationships with a long term and Trusted Advisor approach.; Elevate and enhance the specialist technical excellence and verification requirements across the Systems, Planning and Grid Integration practice discipline, for large and complex utility-scale projects.; Develop, mentor and lead leaders with a focus on continuing the development of a high performing team culture with succession pathway for future leaders.; Provide strategic technical leadership across renewable energy, battery energy storage and power generation projects, advocating for both current and future market requirements.
