Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers to join our team and lead our expansion in the Spanish market. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is eager to manage complex external partnerships and drive user acquisition while maintaining a high-impact, operational mindset across all performance marketing channels. You will join a high-performance team where you will be expected to manage everything from strategic negotiations to technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Defining, optimizing and executing Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy; Managing day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization; Conducting data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to scale channel performance; Owning reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings; Helping define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Spanish market; Ensuring content compliance and internal rules and controls processing; Identifying and executing ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth; Developing and managing co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners; Planning and coordinating offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations; Leading social media collaborations with key partners; Coordinating content creation with external subject-matter experts and speakers; Proactively identifying and executing new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives

Requirements

+5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles; At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs; Proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships within the Spanish market; Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure diverse commercial deals, including CPA, CPL, fee structures, and commission tiers; Professional fluency in Spanish; Fluency in English; Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale relationships with external partners, including affiliates, agencies, and influencers; Strong ability to work with data, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights; Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable partnership initiatives; Highly operational mindset with ability to proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day issues like tracking discrepancies or conversion funnel blocks; Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and partner contracts simultaneously
