Inpatient Gastroenterology - Full Time PA

This is a full-time, hospital-based position with primarily weekday daytime hours. Responsibilities include rounding, consults, documentation, and care coordination. Call responsibilities are aligned with inpatient service coverage and rotate based on designated weeks. The position includes conducting inpatient consults, performing comprehensive patient histories and assessments, daily rounding on hospitalized patients, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, managing consults and coordinating care, participating in weekend and holiday rounding as assigned, and supporting outpatient clinic care as needed.

Requirements

Licensed Physician Assistant; DEA license required; Hospital privileges at Advent Redmond Regional Medical Center; Hospital privileges at Atrium Floyd Medical Center
