Inside Sales Specialist - Mexico

Responsibilities

Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities; Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media; Personalize content according to the prospect; Pass on sales-qualified leads to an account executive to close; Understand client needs and requirements; Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in Insider One's products in targeted industries and segments; Join training sessions and learn from team members and leaders

Requirements

Good exposure to the e-commerce space; The ability to multitask and manage time effectively; Advanced Spanish and English; Availability to work in hybrid mode in Ciudad de Mexico; A strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day; Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads; Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment; Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
