Responsibilities

Reporting to the MOS Team Manager the role of an Operations Insurance Technician is to provide administrative support to Arch Insurance.; Working in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance with agreed Policy and Procedure guides and company Values.; Work is to be completed to the highest quality and will be assessed regularly by the Quality Assurance Team.; Working with colleagues in your team and surrounding teams to support with continuous improvement within the department and sharing best practice.; Process risk capture and provide accurate administrative support across the business.; Complete initial and ongoing training to maintain quality and develop skills.; Understand and meet team service-level agreements.; Proactively obtain missing information and resolve outstanding queries.; Act on feedback and coaching from managers, senior technicians, Quality assurance, and colleagues.; Identify and suggest process improvements.; Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.; Attend and contribute to team meetings.; Manage multiple priorities accurately and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.; Complete other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, hardworking and professional with a drive to deliver the best possible service and endeavours to exceed expectation; High computer literacy and able to demonstrate intermediate use of Microsoft office including Excel; Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.; Can demonstrate ability to work with resilience in a busy office environment and on one’s own initiative when required to work remotely to meet deadlines and SLA’s; Ability to take on new tasks quickly and use initiative; Demonstrates pride in delivering excellent, quality service and endeavours to exceed expectations; Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and requirements are met
