Interim FP&A Director

We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director to provide immediate coverage during a leadership transition. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the FP&A function; Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support; Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis; Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs; Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed); Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support; Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development

Requirements

Proven FP&A leadership experience; Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently; Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments; Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes

Nice to have

Prior experience in a PE-backed environment strongly preferred; Strong NetSuite experience (preferred)
