Internal Posting-2nd MHT/PIT

In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure safe material handling duties. Our fast-paced work environment requires that our forklift and other powered industrial trucks are operated in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a key role in ensuring we meet daily production demands while also complying with our expectations for safe PIT operation. Your role: Safely operate powered industrial truck - always putting associate safety above production output. Observe and defer to pedestrians in your work vicinity. Move product utilizing various types of powered industrial trucks, including sit down, stand up, and walkie-style. Utilize Handheld scanner and E-21 or Great Plains to accurately place and retrieve needed materials in a timely manner. Utilize tablet PCs and MES to ensure accurate production status to management team. Responsible for daily PIT Inspections. Must keep plus level eligibility. Supplying skins to BDL/CDL/Saws. Other duties as assigned or defined by the area Supervisor or Group Lead.
