Internship in International Mobility - Digitalization & Analytics

Project Involvement

- Support in digitalization and process improvement projects
- Support in data analytics and reporting projects

Responsibilities

Assist in handling visa-related data requests for inbound and outbound mobility activities.; Prepare and organize documents required for visa applications and International Mobility processes.; Assist in the preparation and follow-up of visa applications.; Maintain and update inbound and outbound mobility checklists.; Support data preparation, maintenance, and validation related to International Mobility activities.; Handle document and data-related requests from relevant stakeholders.; Carry out ad-hoc tasks related to International Mobility activities as required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of data analysis and data interpretation.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Canva.; Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.; Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.; Good communication and organizational skills.; Proactive and willing to learn.; Ability to commit for 4-6 months of compulsory internship ( please indicate the official internship period in the resume ).; Preferably start by September.
