IT Infrastructure Engineer (System & Network)

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware); Administer and support Windows Server environments; Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall); Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services; Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance; Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes; Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures; Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration; Hands-on experience with:; Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms; Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy); Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall); Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts; Ability to work independently and in a team; Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to have

Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA); Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC); Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity); Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks; Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure)
