IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager - REMOTE - 1 year + Extension - Part Time - CET Hours - English Needed. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A key aspect of the role will be supporting project approval processes, including the preparation of business cases, governance documentation, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to completion; Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and governance materials for senior leadership and decision-making forums; Facilitate steering committee meetings, driving discussions, decisions, and actions; Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets; Build strong relationships across business and technology teams; Navigate complex stakeholder environments and effectively manage challenging conversations where required; Ensure project governance standards and reporting requirements are consistently met; Drive alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes

Requirements

CET Hours; English needed; Strong project governance experience; Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Proven experience delivering IT projects within a corporate environment; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders; Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders and conflicting priorities; Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences; Strong track record of leading and facilitating steering committee meetings; Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills; Experience working within structured project management and governance frameworks
