Jnr National Account Manager – Convenience

As Jnr National Account Manager – Convenience, you will take ownership of strategically important retail customers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will report directly to the Senior NAM, while also working closely with the Sales Director to shape and execute the commercial agenda.

Responsibilities

Retail customer ownership with growth accountability; Strategic customer development; Full P&L accountability; Lead NPD and category solutions; Joint Business Planning (JBP); Drive distribution and range expansion; Cross-functional collaboration; Commercial influence at every level

Requirements

FMCG experience in branded or own-label food and drink; A level of National Account Management experience - open to channel; Also, open to retail/buyer side candidates; Proven ability to deliver growth and influence customer strategy; Positive, resilient, and proactive, someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments; A passion for purpose-led brands and a desire to work where values meet action
