Responsibilities

In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics.; The most important being the ability to work with the team to assure the good execution.; The individual will work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time.; Knowledgeable in the Prober, Tester, probe card management and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics – Computer and Information; Familiar any related computerized system; Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data; Able to do presentation to a big group of employees; Very familiar to any related Act (if any); Able to work independently; Have a good interpersonal skill; Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates
