Responsibilities

Expand and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and stakeholders in China; Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery dates and assert our interests; Contribute to the development of new products, while taking full ownership for ensuring product quality; Work closely with the team at the Berlin headquarter to ensure seamless integration of global activities

Requirements

Willingness to live and work in China (Shanghai) for at least 2 years and to travel frequently within China and to other Asian countries to visit partners; Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English (or German) fluently; A strong academic background, e.g. in Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or a related field; Ability to operate and succeed in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment; Experience in procurement, supply chain or business development is a plus
