Junior Finance Associate (AR)

Fugro Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Junior Finance Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team in our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

Timely process trade invoice billing/non-trade invoice billing, Interco billing and credit notes; Maintain account receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied; To follow up on the overdue invoices; Assists with month-end close duties and other tasks when necessary.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent; 1-2 yrs of relevant working experience, fresh grads are encouraged to apply; Must be able to communicate effectively in English; Decisive and willing to take responsibility.

Nice to have

Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese
