Junior Mechanical Production Engineer

Ensure HSE compliance within the workplace. Ensure quality of output production. Plan daily shop floor work under his area of responsibility. Lead the production team of foremen, technicians and workers. Coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently. Oversee and optimizing production processes. Analyze workflows and problems to identify areas for improvement. Ensure the optimum utilization of manufacturing equipment together with the correct usage of each.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Production or Industrial; 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in sheet metal or engineering industry; Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve production processes; Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams; Good user of AutoCAD; Very good English language; Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment

Nice to have

CAM knowledge; Familiarity with air quality or HVAC system products
