Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions based on Quadient Inspire.

This role combines project delivery expertise with the ability to manage complex IT implementations involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid). The position also includes administrative execution , ensuring smooth governance, coordination, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle; Define project scope, timeline and budget; Drive collaboration between business, IT and external vendors; Manage delivery of Inspire-based solutions (templates, integrations, data flows); Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies; Ensure quality of deliverables (analysis, development, testing, deployment); Provide clear reporting to stakeholders and steering committees

Requirements

Ideally IT project management experience; Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality; Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Soft skills in communication - internal and external; Fluency in Czech and English, German is an advantage
