Junior Treasury Back Office Analyst

Supporting the Deputy Head of Group Treasury in daily operations, more specifically:

Experience: An internship in a cash management, financing, financial audit or consulting position in corporate finance, or a strong background on cash management or financing topics is ideal (cash pool, treasury systems, internal financing). Strong Excel skills. Experience in financial tool administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support daily cash and treasury operations, helping to monitor company liquidity and process payments.; Assist with treasury administration activities, including bank account management, KYC documentation, and maintaining accurate records and processes.; Work closely with finance teams across different countries to resolve queries and reconcile financial data.; Support month-end treasury activities, including account reconciliations and interest calculations.; Help maintain and update the Treasury Management System (TMS), providing support to internal users.; Assist in managing intercompany loans, ensuring accurate records and documentation.; Contribute to improving treasury processes, procedures, and internal documentation.; Support audit, compliance, and banking requirements while gaining exposure to global treasury operations.

Requirements

Education: Recent Graduate from a Business or Engineering School, Bachelor/Master’s degree with a major in Treasury/Finance an advantage.; Languages: Excellent English, French is a plus.; Personal skills: Attention to detail, structured in approach, with an ability to reprioritise as necessary, autonomous, determined, curious, happy to challenge the status quo, strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
