Key Account Executive (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.; Identify new business opportunities, upselling opportunities, and account expansion initiatives to achieve revenue targets.; Act as the primary contact point for customers and provide professional account servicing and support.; Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions and services.; Prepare account plans, quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.; Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.; Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships.; Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.; Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or customer relationship management.; Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.; Self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.; Excellent command of spoken and written German, English, Chinese, and Mandarin .; Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is an advantage.
