The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The role involves planning and leading age-appropriate activities, entertaining children through games and creative programs, and ensuring their well-being at all times.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, music, and mini-shows; Entertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areas; Ensure the safety, security, and happiness of all children at all times; Encourage participation and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere; Prepare and set up activity areas and materials; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club; Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities and behavior; Follow hotel/resort policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines; Assist with special events, theme days, and mini-discos; Work closely with the animation/entertainment team

Requirements

Experience working with children (kids club, childcare, education, or animation); Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to engage children of different ages (typically 4–12 years); Responsible, patient, and caring attitude; Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred); Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
