We're looking for a friendly and flexible assistant to join our fantastic Kitchen team.

The Kitchen Assistant contributes to the quality of life of our residents by providing assistance in kitchen-related activities that provide quality food services to our residents.

You will support the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager through kitchen and meal preparation including assembling and preparing ingredients, baking, cooking, toasting, and heating food items.

You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen and scullery areas clean, tidy, and safe.

This is a Permanent Part -time Role (Monday & Tuesdays 09.00am - 3.00pm), with potential for extra shifts in the main Kitchen.

Requirements

Experience working within a commercial kitchen or similar environment; Highly motivated, able to take initiative, and flexible.; Great hygiene standards and commitment to health and safety; Ability to work closely with, and support, your colleagues
